Every engagement below represents a property that had a problem the previous vendor couldn't solve. We document everything — because when something goes wrong at 3 AM, documentation is the only thing standing between your client and a courtroom.

Swedish Medical Center
Eleven pedestrian bridges connecting the main campus to parking and satellite buildings required zero-tolerance ice management. A single glazed surface during shift change could mean a fall, a lawsuit, and a Joint Commission review. Previous vendors treated the campus like a parking lot — one salt pass at 7 AM.
Plow deployed a dedicated Zero-Tolerance package: pre-treatment of all bridge decks with liquid magnesium chloride before every forecasted event, four-hour re-inspection cycles throughout storm duration, and a dedicated on-call rig staged within 0.8 miles of campus. Real-time treatment logs were shared directly with the facility director's dashboard.
Zero incident reports across 23 storm events in the 2024–25 season. Swedish renewed at a 3-year contract with an expanded scope covering the First Hill Streetcar stop and three adjacent surface lots.

Cascade Corporate Center
A previous vendor's failure during the February 2023 event — one loading dock left untreated, one delivery driver down — cost the property management group $340,000 in liability settlement plus $18,000 in lost lease credits from a tenant who invoked their force majeure clause. The board needed a vendor whose failure modes were insured, documented, and contractually accountable.
Plow instituted a Priority Response contract with a 90-minute guaranteed deployment SLA, GPS-verified service timestamps logged to a client portal, and a $5M commercial liability umbrella that names the property management entity as an additional insured. Every route is photographed pre- and post-treatment.
Zero liability events in 18 months of service. The property's insurance carrier reduced the slip-and-fall premium by 11% upon reviewing Plow's documentation package. Three adjacent properties in the same corporate park enrolled within the first season.

All tiers include a pre-season site walk with a Plow operations manager. Pricing is based on total square footage, number of access points, and storm frequency. Zero-Tolerance contracts include a named additional insured certificate issued within 48 hours of signing.
